Business Development (Sales and Support) Intern

Location: Chennai, India (In-Person Role)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development, Sales and Support Intern to join our team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate calls and conversations with prospective customers.
  • Assist in the sales process of educational products, including product demonstrations, handling inquiries, and following up with potential customers.
  • Provide support to customers by addressing their queries and concerns regarding our products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional events to showcase our products.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and the education technology industry.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Previous experience as a Sales & Support Intern is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.

Stipend: Rs 10,000 + Incentive(Performance Based)
