Fundaspring is a subsidiary of BodhBridge ESPL, an educational services company started in 2009 by IIT Madras alumni with the core objective of serving students by providing affordable, high-quality knowledge-based services to catalyze effective and efficient learning.
About BodhBridge
BodhBridge is an IIT Madras incubated company established in 2008. BodhBridge ESPL works closely with Schools, Colleges, Corporates, Governments, etc by providing various services to help students. BodhBridge has been selected for NASSCOM Emerge 50 Awards, 2011.
As part of their journey, they helped more than 5 Lakh students through Career Guidance programs, Campus Placement Preparation programs, Career Development, Career Assessments, Teacher Training programs, Certification Programs, Competitive Exam preparation, etc. BodhBridge specializes in employability assessment and career assessments
BodhBridge has been working with Schools, Colleges, Universities, NGOs, Companies and Governments and helped more than 5 lakh students across India in the last 14 years.

About the Founder
Balaraju Kondaveeti
Mr. Balaraju Kondaveeti completed his M.S. (Entrepreneurship) from IIT Madras. As part of his M.S. (Entrepreneurship), he founded a company in 2006. Mr. Balaraju holds 2 patents (granted) in the area of Internet Security. These patents were licensed to Lasersoft Infosystems, a Polaris group company. Mr. Balaraju won the Best Student Plan Award in the Business Plan Conclave Organized by PAN IIT Global Conference 2008. Mr.Balaraju won the National Budding Innovator Award, in 2009 from NRDC, a Govt. of India Enterprise. In 2009, he co-founded BodhBridge Educational Services (P) Limited which is incubated at IIT Madras. Mr. Balaraju has been a consultant in two large projects at IIT Madras, namely, NPTEL and IITM BS Degree Program.
