With over 12 years in the HR field, he has a wealth of experience in implementing HR strategies and initiatives across diverse industries, having served in prominent conglomerates and companies such as Laugfs Holdings , Hemas Holdings and Morison Ltd.

He possesses a BSc in Management of Information Technology from the University of Wolverhampton, UK, and an Executive M.Sc in Human Resource Management from AeU University, Malaysia. Danushka is a Certified Coach and holds certifications in various related fields, including Certified DISC Trainer (Wiley International), Certified HRD Auditor, and Certified Competency Mapping specialist (TV Rao Learning Systems, India).
