These programmes are designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the dynamic media industry.

New Campus and Expansion

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has approved a proposal for the construction of a new campus in Amravati, Maharashtra, and the expansion of the existing campus in New Delhi. These projects are expected to be completed within two years and will significantly enhance media education in the country.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship

To foster innovation and entrepreneurship, IIMC has inaugurated its first-ever incubation centres in Delhi and Kottayam. These centres aim to provide students and entrepreneurs with the resources and support needed to develop and launch their innovative projects.

Conclusion

The investment and upgrades at IIMC mark a pivotal step towards enhancing media education and preparing students for the evolving demands of the industry. With new programmes, modernized facilities, and a focus on innovation, IIMC is poised to become a leading institution in media education.
