With over 25 years of dynamic experience in education, counselling, and quality process management, Ganesh Moorthy stands at the intersection of education, psychology, and technology. He is currently a freelance teacher trainer, career counsellor and recruiter, actively engaged in transforming teaching practices across India in alignment with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, and SQAAF standards.
Ganesh Moorthy is a certified Counselling Psychologist offering individual and group counselling supported by psychometric assessments, while also delivering life skills, soft skills, and career guidance training to students and educators. As an ICT education advocate, he trains teachers on modern teaching methods, digital tools, and pedagogical innovations.
He brings with him significant corporate experience as an Agile-Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Process Consultant in multinational companies across India, Switzerland, Netherlands, and the USA. His holistic approach fuses educational consultancy with IT process automation, quality management, and people development.
He also holds degrees in M.Ed (Master of Education), M.Sc in Psychology, MCA (Master of Computer Applications), and B.Sc.Ed (Bachelor of Science Education) from NCERT (RIE – Mysore), and a diploma in Guidance & Counselling from NCERT (RIE – Mysore).
