IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation announced the launch of its new "AI for Teachers" Certification Course, starting 1st February, aimed at equipping educators with essential skills to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into classroom teaching and learning. A 40-hour program to empower rural K12 teachers with AI tools for modern teaching, assessment, and student engagement.

Course Structure

The program includes an introductory session and eight modules covering topics such as Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, gamification, storytelling, AI-based lesson planning, student engagement tools like AR/VR and visualization, AI-enabled assessment methods, subject-specific use cases, inclusive education strategies, and online teaching platforms. A post-course assessment will be conducted in the form of an MCQ-based virtual proctored exam.
