I have been a teacher of Economics, teaching the subject for std XI and XII for the last 34 years. The last 14 years I worked as the Principal. I retired from service in April 2020. I have been conducting Career Awareness talks to schools. Even after retirement, I continue doing that. I speak about Personality, I Q, Interests, Aptitude and their importance in making Career decisions.
