My unique blend of academic expertise and real-world experience, gained through a DAAD fellowship in Germany and diverse corporate roles in People & Culture and OD, allows me to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

I believe in the power of mutual learning and giving back. As part of the MCMF team, I co-developed a tool to help students and parents understand personality strengths and explore suitable career paths. I actively guide students through self-discovery, leveraging my experience in corporate settings to provide insights into the world of work.
