We are looking for a dedicated and professional Soft Skills Trainer to work with students at our client’s location for a period of 10 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions aimed at enhancing students' soft skills, such as communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs for students.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the progress of the students.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students to enhance their soft skills.
• Monitor and report on student progress and outcomes to the management team.
• Create a positive learning environment and encourage student participation.
• Work closely with the client’s team to align training content with student needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills development and training methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5+ years of experience in soft skills training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu.
• Experience in conducting student training sessions and assessments.
• Ability to deliver engaging sessions on communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and classroom management abilities.
• Ability to work independently at the client location for a 10-month engagement.
• Passion for student development and industry readiness training.
