We are hiring a Project Associate – Business Development (Employers) to support employer partnerships and industry engagement.

• Drive employer onboarding and generate leads
• Build and manage relationships with recruiters and partners
• Support outreach, campaigns, and partnership initiatives
• Track pipeline, conduct research, and prepare reports
• Coordinate with internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience (BD/sales preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in partnerships and industry engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

₹3 – ₹3.5 LPA (based on experience)
