We are looking for an Operations - Assistant Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of our offline and online training programs. The role involves coordinating with schools, colleges, corporate partners, trainers, participants, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and operational excellence.

• Coordinate the execution of offline and online training programs.
  
• Manage program schedules, logistics, trainer coordination, and participant communication.
  
• Collaborate with clients, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
  
• Maintain program documentation, attendance records, reports, and participant data.
  
• Track program progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  
• Support the execution of workshops, webinars, certification programs, and other learning initiatives.
  
• Prepare operational reports and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, program coordination, project coordination, or administration.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  
• Prior experience in the education, training, or EdTech sector is preferred.
