We are seeking experienced and passionate Part-Time Freelance Career Counsellors to provide career guidance and conduct workshops for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong counselling skills and experience in delivering engaging career awareness sessions and workshops.

• Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions.
• Conduct career awareness programs, workshops, and seminars.
• Assess students' interests, strengths, and aspirations to recommend suitable career paths.
• Guide students and professionals on educational and skill development opportunities.
• Deliver interactive sessions and facilitate group discussions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging career opportunities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in career counselling, training, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to effectively engage with students and professionals.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

• Remuneration will be provided on a per-session basis.
• This is a part-time, freelance engagement with flexible scheduling based on project and workshop requirements.
