Stress is one of the most common causes of underlying mental health issues. For school professionals, taking care of their mental health is of utmost priority as they interact with a very sensitive population daily. Striking a balance between work and personal life is a skill we need to learn.

Ms. Dikshita Choudhury has completed her graduation in Psychology from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University and further completed her masters from SNDT Women's University, Mumbai. She has a degree in B.Ed from Gauhati University and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology from the former. She has worked for over 8 years in the field of teaching and research related to psychology. Her interest in the field pertains to child psychology, emotional health and well-being of children and adolescents, neuro-cognitive psychology and social psychology. She is currently based out of Guwahati, Assam and is working with Pearson Clinical Assessments India as a Senior Content Development Administrator.
