Know Yourself Assessment and Career Counselling | IITM Pravartak & MCMF | Online

This career guidance program is offered jointly by offered by IITM Pravartak Technologies and BodhBridge Education. My Choice My Future (MCMF) Career Assessment is a "Know Yourself Tool" for career choice. It helps students understand their personality strengths and choose a relevant career based on those strengths. MCMF Tool has been developed in collaboration with the Faculty and alumni of IIT Madras. MCMF test is also available in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, and Bengali. Students make their career choices based on their strengths.

Choosing a line of higher education and career path by understanding one’s personality traits and academic strengths leads to a more meaningful and enriching academic experience for the student, and greater likelihood of the education leading to a fulfilling career in the future. Students in school often invest significant time and resources preparing for college admission in premier institutions, without the necessary interest or behavioral inclination in the subject they wish to pursue.

BodhBridge was an IIT Madras incubated company established in 2008. BodhBridge ESPL works closely with Schools, Colleges, Governments, etc. by providing various services to help students. BodhBridge has been selected for the NASSCOM Emerge 50 Awards, 2011. As part of their journey, they helped more than 5 Lakh students through Career Guidance programs, Campus Placement Preparation programs, Career Development, Career Assessments, Teacher Training programs, Certification Programs, Competitive Exam preparation, etc. BodhBridge specializes in employability assessment and career assessments.
