About The Course

EV & Future Mobility introduces school students to the exciting and rapidly evolving world of electric vehicles and next-generation transportation. Through an expert-led live session and curated learning resources, students will discover how electric vehicles work, understand the fundamentals of battery technology and charging infrastructure, explore India’s growing EV ecosystem, and learn about emerging trends shaping the future of mobility.

Founder & CEO, TARVAN | Physical AI Researcher | Adjunct Professor, Shiv Nadar University Chennai

Dr. Shanmugakumar Murugesan is the Founder and CEO of TARVAN, a Chennai-based Physical AI company focused on industrial automation integrating machine vision, edge AI, embedded systems, and real-time motor control.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from IIITDM Kancheepuram and a Master of Design in Electronic Systems. His expertise spans computer vision, edge AI, hardware-software co-design, embedded systems, and real-time machine control.

He is also an Adjunct Professor at Shiv Nadar University Chennai, where he teaches Computer Architecture, Data Science, and Machine Learning.

Certification Assessment & Grading

Your final examination score determines the grade awarded on your certificate. Grades are assigned according to the following criteria:

  • Grade A — 85% and above
  • Grade B — 75% to below 85%
  • Grade C — 60% to below 75%
  • Grade D — 40% to below 60%

Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 40% to be eligible for certification.
