Mystical Mathematics | Fundaspring | Free Workshop

An experiential and interactive series of workshops for enthusiasts in math and creativity. Kids will discover numbers, shapes, and sequences with unique properties that make them stand out. They will engage in dialogs on intriguing mathematical concepts that challenge and inspire. They will learn about the patterns and principles that underlie complex systems and simple objects alike. The sessions are based on the triarchic theory of intelligence, including analytical, creative, and practical knowledge. The creativity-based sessions will have therapeutic benefits for their mental well-being.

A playful session with easy and no-fear strategies for all the math enthusiasts and also the mathphobics. Packed with amazing facts and stories in mathematics, fun activities to encourage learning math, and connecting math to real life. With a lot of experience and instruction, we try to leave kids with the skills of visual thinking and abstraction, inspiring children’s observation, imagination, shape analysis, creativity, and logical thinking. 

Ms. Vamika is a PhD scholar from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, specializing in Optimization, Machine Learning, and Data Science. She possesses over 10 years of extensive interdisciplinary training and experience in both academic and industrial settings. She has a strong passion for teaching and has been an active STEM instructor since 2014, conducting more than 50 sessions focused on creative learning in STEM for students of all ages. She has collaborated with over 10 startups in Chennai, Bangalore, and Coimbatore to promote STEM education. Her contributions to the scientific community have been recognized with three prestigious awards.
