2- Program buddies are assigned randomly, and the pairings change for each session to give students the chance to connect with different peers.
3- Program buddies are expected to connect for 30 minutes after each team meeting session to discuss what they've learned and share their insights.
4- The program coordinator will be present during these discussions to answer any questions and provide guidance as needed.
