The Junior Gymnast course is specially designed to introduce children aged 5 to 6 years to the wonderful world of gymnastics. This course aims to foster a love for movement, enhance physical fitness, and develop coordination and flexibility in young athletes. During the course, junior gymnasts will learn the basics of gymnastics through a variety of fun and engaging activities. They will be introduced to different apparatus such as the balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise. The focus will be on building fundamental skills like jumps, rolls, cartwheels, and handstands
